ARTIST

Born in Quebec City in Canada in 1939, Monique Bedard resides in Montreal since 1967. After many years of studies in drawing and painting and several stages in Paris, she completed her artistic formation with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University with a major in painting. In her artistic approach, the main implication is to provide emotions through the human figure. Her works evoke an association of ideas coupled with a gestural integration in her composition. Monique Bedard regularly takes part in different solo and group exhibitions throughout Canada.
