Sales Policy
* Currency
Prices quoted are listed in Canadian or US currency; the invoice will be prepared in the currency that goes correctly with the selected method of payment.
* Wholesale prices
Wholesale prices (50% of the retail price) are accorded to retailers for orders of $100 net and over.
* Volume discounts
Volume discounts can be granted for orders of 25 copies or more of the same item, or for orders of $1,000 or more.
* Respect of payment terms
Any volume discount granted in addition to the regular wholesale price is conditional upon compliance with the agreed payment terms. Failure to comply with this condition results in immediate loss of credit.
* Consequences of late payment
If the late payment includes interest owed, a postdated check will be required before shipment of the next order. If it does not, future orders must be paid for in advance, no COD.
* Packaging
Packaging fee of $5 per order is charged for any shipment of $100 net or less.
* Terms of credit
All orders are shipped prepaid or payable upon delivery (COD only within Canada) unless a credit agreement has been approved. Credit is not available for orders of $100 or less.
* Methods of payment
Payment by check must be in Canadian or US currency, drawn on a Canadian or US bank. Payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) must be in Canadian currency. Bank transfers may only be issued by foreign banks, in Canadian or US currency.
* Exchanges and returns
All sales are final. Goods may not be exchanged or returned.
* Shipping errors
Any discrepancy in your order which is attributable to the publisher must be reported immediately.
* Damaged goods
Should you receive a damaged package, please refuse the order and notify the publisher at once. All returns must be authorized by the publisher.
* Shipping fees and customs duty
All shipping fees and customs duties, including brokerage, are payable by the pruchaser.
* Color variations
Due to colors variations in browsers and color displays , there may be instances where the color shown on this Web site does not match the actual reproduction. Exchange or return cannot be accepted for color variations.
* Dimensions
All poster dimensions listed on this Web site are approximate and for reference only.
